Wherever you have issues or queries relating to your employment with Adecco or an assignment with one of our clients, you should first contact your Adecco representative. Should this person be unable to resolve your issues or in an instance where the issue relates to your Adecco representative, you should contact their manager as detailed in our grievance policy which is available from your branch.

If you have reasonable belief on the existence of a known, suspected or potential violation of the law and have attempted to raise this with one of your Adecco representatives or do not feel comfortable doing so, Adecco have a Compliance and Ethics Office staffed with a group of trained professionals who are independent of any department or business within the group. All issues reported to the Compliance and Ethics Office will be handled in a confidential manner and all allegations will be taken seriously whether you choose to identify yourself or remain anonymous.

To reiterate if your query relates to your employment with Adecco, your assignment with one of our clients or you wish to raise a complaint that your Adecco representative has not been able to deal with, you must first contact your local branch in the manner specified above or the HR business partner team.
