We all love a good holiday, whether it’s a week in the sun, a few days spent visiting the family, or a bit of time relaxing in the comfort of your own home, but what do Britain’s workers think about holiday?
Do they get enough of it? Do they feel bad for taking it? And what do they do when they get it?
According to our research, almost half of UK workers fail to take their full holiday allowance, 40% spend less than half of their holidays relaxing, and 50% worry that their absence will leave teammates in the lurch.
