Jobs for The Games

Jobs for the Games

With thousands of employers needing to boost their workforce to accommodate the millions of visitors who are expected to descend upon London for 2012, it is estimated that over 100,000 jobs will be generated in London. In fact, it is likely a lot more.

Powered by Adecco, the official recruitment services provider of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, jobsforthegames.co.uk, will feature a vast array of jobs.  Opportunities will range from catering, cleaning, security and administrative support to media, hospitality, tourism, sport, leisure and customer services. Some professional and technical posts will also be available.

The first jobs will appear in March so jobseekers are encouraged to pre-register now in order to give themselves the best chance of securing their dream role. Those who pre-register will be alerted as soon as relevant jobs become available, placing them in pole position. Interview tips and career guidance will also be available on the site.

Jobs for The Games is the destination for finding jobs created for and by London 2012. As the only London 2012 job site approved by LOCOG, you’ll find the latest jobs, career tools, news and more at jobsforthegames.co.uk.

"Staging the Olympic and Paralympic Games is the most complex piece of project management that any city will ever undertake. An inseparable part of the project is getting the best and smartest people working directly for the Organising Committee, our suppliers and sponsors. If we don’t get that right, then we won’t have a successful Games. This site is a gateway to the jobs generated by the London 2012 Games and I encourage people to sign up today."

Sebastian Coe, Chairman, The London Organising Committee of
the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games
