Application Process

Depending on the seniority of the role, the first stage will be a competency-based interview either face-to-face or over the telephone with a member of the Internal Recruitment Team, Human Resources or Branch Manager lasting around 45 minutes. 

Next you will be asked to complete an online psychometric assessment before meeting with the hiring manager.  You may also be asked to complete a numeric test and prepare a business plan or presentation on a given case study.
