2nd Line Support Help Desk Analyst

Beeston, Nottingham

6 Months - Temporary (potential to extend)

Hourly Rate- Dependant on experience

Duties include;

  • Take incoming calls received by Help Desk

  • Provide help, advice and answers to resolve problems with systems

  • Pass incidents to other support teams/maintenance where appropriate

  • Log call details

Skills/Experience Required;

  • Must have Help Desk experience

  • Ideally 2nd Line Support experience

  • Android experience preferable but not essential

  • Must have a good telephone manner

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Good attention to detail

  • Good technical skills

Hours work on a shift pattern- 37 hours per week.

Weekday shifts will be between the hours of 6am-8pm usually on a 5 week rotation.

Weekends (1 in 5) 8am-4pm only.
