Our client is looking for an experienced second line support to join their expanding team. As an Applications Support Developer you would resolve support tasks that have been raised internally and current users.

Duties to include:

  • Providing excellent customer service on the 2nd line team

  • Looking at issues with customers software

  • Resolving issues within agreed times

  • Looking at data, code and configuration to accurately determine the issue

Customer satisfaction is a major part of this position, going above and beyond to ensure they are happy with the resolution.

A qualification in IT is desirable but not essential, however experience in a similar position required.

The ideal candidate would have prior experience of a developer or support role with some SQL server knowledge, be passionate about IT and would eagerly learn the technologies the business uses to achieve competency.
