We are looking for an Access Solutions Coordinator to be based from our Bradford Head Office.



Contract: FTC


Length: 12 months


Salary: NMW


Hours: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm


Start: ASAP



To provide support in the efficient and cost-effective ordering of goods / services for the business in a timely manner to meet the demands of the business, also including (but not limited to) ordering of all access solution types and processing and assist when required in the booking of hotel and travel arrangements.



To ensure the daily management of assigned orders / purchasing / booking requests and deal with any queries from depots, sales branches, suppliers, scaffolding companies and other areas of the business.



KEY RESULT AREAS/ RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Provide support to the Access Solutions Team Leader when requested in dealing with scaffold queries received via phone/email, liaising with suppliers and depots directly and deal with any invoice queries raised by suppliers / Accounts department.

  • Process orders on the finance system and deal with any order / invoice queries from suppliers / Accounts department - highlighting any issues to Purchasing Coordinator / Access Solutions Team Leader respectively and / or escalating to Central Purchasing management where required.

  • To place assigned orders for access solutions from various scaffolding companies as requested by the Access Solutions Team leader.

  • Assist, when required the Purchasing Coordinator with the general purchasing of goods / services for the business.

  • Process when needed, internal hotel and travel requests via our third-party booking agent.

  • To assist in any other areas within the Central Purchasing function as delegated from time to time by Central Purchasing management.

  • To undertake any other duties in line with the level of this role as requested by Central Purchasing management.
