Adecco are currently recruiting for a strong administrator for our well-known client based in Perth. This role will initially be working from home, with IT equipment provided, with the intention to work 1 or 2 days a week in the office after restrictions are lifted in Scotland.

The Role

The Assistant Accountant maintains accurate and appropriate records of the Schemes' financial transactions through daily banking and transaction reporting. They are responsible for the payment off and recording of all expense payments for the Schemes and the expense reporting to the Trustees. They provide monthly and quarterly cashflows, reconciliations and reports, in accordance with statutory requirements. Provide support for the wider TES team projects.


- Previous admin background

- Good MS Office experience

- Excellent attention to detail

- Previous experience in Data Entry

- General Ledger knowledge - desirable

- Experience processing expense & invoicing - desirable
