Our client is a strategic creative agency that brings new brands to life and elevates existing brands to new heights. They are set for continued growth in 2022 and now they are looking for an outstanding Account Director who can help achieve their goals in this contract of a year.


An experienced agency professional, you will be responsible for leading a client group, achieving financial targets and managing client relationships effectively as the face of the company to your key client base.


You will have strong knowledge of the processes involved, including project management, of bringing client accounts through to key growth areas through great creative planning, brief development and content delivery.


Highly commercially minded, you will have proven experience of developing and growing client accounts, a solid understanding of branding and marketing and be able to identify opportunity for your clients to really drive the brand and its presence.


Highly detail focused and responsive to your client's strategy, you able to manage the client journey through your team and their support functions, whilst you focus on the big picture and overall client needs.


You will lead a team of client support staff through superb and timely communication and will have proven experience of managing and developing a team to achieve their team and individual best.


You will inspire and support your team to provide the best service possible and you will encourage new ideas and positive solution based thinking to continue success of the team and client relationship.


Key knowledge of modern inter channel marketing techniques is essential as is knowledge of effective digital communications, social media, print communications and agility to work between all facets is absolutely key to success in this role.


Ability to lead projects, advise clients with accurate data and drive brand strategy alongside them, presenting results effectively is also essential core talent required for this role.

Initially this role will be a one year contract although the business will review the contract role in line with any further permanent opportunities that arise within the duration of the contract.
