We are currently recruiting for an Account Executive for our client based in Chichester.

Main Duties: Invoice validation, analysis, reporting, maintaining portfolios of clients.

Responsibilities:

- Produce a significant volume of work efficiently and in a specific period of time.
- Produce work that is accurate and thorough.
- Adhere to all Company processes, procedures and policies including those set out in the Company's Management System, Health & Safety policies and Employee Handbook.
- Assist in improving departmental policies and procedures.
- Produce regular reports for clients and the AM.
- Identify action points from the reports and follow through to resolution, notifying the AM as to progress.
- Produce ad hoc reports as requested by customers, AMs or other members of the company.
- Responsible for effective communication with AM. Reporting and support with AM workload must be prompt and precise.
- Check all reports for accuracy prior to submission.
- Ensure the portfolio is reviewed and maintained regularly to allow for the most accurate reporting possible.
- Identify potential savings from internal leads and through self-generation from reports.
- Chase through potential savings to resolution, enlisting support from other members of the team, Team Leader (TL), Account Manager (AM) and Commercial Director as required.
- Perform periodic full account reviews for existing customers.
- Understand the invoice validation process.
- Produce payment files as agreed with the customer, and seek approval when needed from Team Leader (TL) and Account Manager (AM) prior to distribution to customer.
- Ensure the portfolio is reviewed and maintained regularly to allow for the most accurate reporting possible.
- Be proactive about acquiring knowledge and understanding of analysis by requesting training in problem areas and keeping skills and knowledge up to date.
