Job Title: Account Manager (Entry Level)


Salary: Up to £24,500 per annum,


Contract: 12 month FTC


Hours: 37.hr Monday to Friday


Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire


Our client is a global organisation, with a family business culture employing more than 15,000 employees worldwide. In the UK, they offer many development and training opportunities, supporting over 550 employees in the field as well as within our 13 different office locations.


Responsibilities include:



  • Managing all work orders by working closely with our six branches, ensuring KPI's are met, managed, and adhered too for all reactive maintenance visits, quoted works and PPM's (Pre-Planned Maintenance)

  • Using both our systems, in addition to our Customer specific portals to invoice, as well as continually keep our Customers and wider service department updated on all account requirements

  • Leading client service reviews and providing accurate and regular reports on service performance to the Customers, as well as internal management teams.


Skills:



  • Previous experience within an account management role, dealing with KPI's, monitoring performance and providing regular review information for continuing account success

  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to build strong and positive relationships with both Customers and internal staff

  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable, but not essential. However, you will need to be confident in using a range of systems

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally

  • Experience in presenting to a range of stakeholders
