Account Manager

Location: Harlow, Essex

Position: Account Manager

Salary/Rate: £25,000 + £7,000 OTE + Car allowance

Type: Permanent, full time

Adecco are currently recruiting for a large, vibrant and successful corporate business in Harlow. The Account Manager position's require someone to proactively grow the awareness and penetration of a wide range of I.T and Mobile products into targeted Etail customers and various retail stores. Our client is looking for someone to enhance their profile, achieve customer's objectives and maximise all profit opportunities where possible.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop new and maintain existing customers within the businesses categories

  • Create and maintain business relationships outside of arranged meetings

  • Work closely with the managers to identify opportunities to launch, develop and promote products

  • Regular meetings with customers to identify new opportunities

  • Chair regular senior level customer QBR's

  • Work closely with colleagues to identify cross-category opportunities

  • Develop a good understanding of customer's requirements and objectives

  • Analyse the performance against budget of each of the products to implement plans to improve the performance

  • Manage the customer stock holding and inventory to identify issues and agree on an action plan

  • Ensure that the customer service provided is market leading

  • Ensure that all issues and opportunities are escalated internally and acted upon immediately

  • Create, develop and execute agreed plans of action

  • Achieve company targets and objectives

  • Manage and direct the activities of your allocated support team
