Job Description



  • Manages all aspects of assigned client accounts, including budgeting, invoicing, project management, client interaction, quality control, and on-time product delivery

  • Responds to client requests, queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner

  • Is responsible for client satisfaction through the delivery of consistently high-quality outputs and service

  • Builds strong relationships with clients and operates as day-to-day client contact for the account

  • Is an articulate concise, clear and communicator with good presentation skills

  • Is able to identify and disseminate relevant information and know who to involve


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Responsible for the day to day client relationship, leading and executing all projects planned and agreed with the client and AD:




    • Ensures delivery of all projects to high quality standards, meeting all deadlines, or managing deadline amendments proactively

    • Advises client on the direction of all projects and, where appropriate, questions and challenges client in a manner appropriate to the individual client

    • Strives to add value to client requests and drives innovative thinking and creativity

    • Ensures regular client updates are provided on project progress, and manage any changes to planned activities that may occur

    • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

    • Ensures time lines are developed and adhered to for all projects

    • Updates internal teams on upcoming projects and plans resource requests accordingly

    • Ensures accurate weekly resource requests are made and submitted in a timely fashion

    • Negotiates for time when needed and understands agency priorities

    • Develops accurate and well considered briefs and ensures they are provided to members of the team ahead of briefing meetings

    • Works closely with the creative department to ensure consistently high-quality creative work is delivered

    • Demonstrates a passion for great creative work

    • Ensures all client feedback is thoroughly reviewed and filtered prior to passing on to internal teams, ensuring that all feedback is clear (clarifying with the client where need be), sensible, and actionable

    • Responsible for accurate estimating, billing, awareness of budgetary status always to ensure account budget is not exceeded and to ensure project profitability

    • Ensures server folders are kept up to date and well-organised

    • Ensures accurate weekly client status reports are prepared and sent

    • Sets agendas for and attends client meetings

    • Responsible for regular client phone contact, and prompt and accurate contact/phone contact reports within 24 hours of meeting/discussion

    • Builds strong client relationships and becomes a trusted partner

    • Identifies and (with the support of the AD) addresses client concerns and problems in a timely and effective manner

    • Possesses a thorough understanding of client brand, the market environment, (key clinical studies) and marketing strategy
