Do you have previous Account Management experience? Have you got excellent customer service skills with the ability in building strong working relationships? Are you available immediately? If yes, then this maybe the role for you.


Our well known prestigious retail client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to work within their sales department to enable the teams to plan and execute retailer activity. You will be accountable for support on sales teams projects, whilst also assisting the team with ad-hoc reporting and other admin duties.


Duties of the role will include:



  • Complete, submit and manage NLF's for retailers requiring specific format/detail

  • Collate and distribute weekly and monthly reporting

  • Provide weekly updates to the Brand Team and RBM's with a summary of activity over the week

  • Provide teams with ad-hoc support, i.e. icon, top door, trackers

  • Manage retailer store level requests for events and show material

  • Launch coordination, e.g. send hype packs and incentive prizes

  • Manage and update the retail forecasting files

  • Support NAM's with data and info to review key retailer activity



Successful candidate will be required to


Previous account management experience


Excellent customer service relationship building skills


Have strong planning and organisation skills - with the ability to re-prioritise as required


Have the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines.


Spot opportunities to drive growth for our clients brand and their customers, making sure the good name of their brand is always protected


Embracing new ideas, challenges and change with a positive hands on approach


This is a hybrid working position, 3 days working on site at our clients office based in Hammersmith, London and 2 days remote working per week. Hours are 9am until 5pm


Hourly pay rate £13.74


This is a short term assignment starting immediately until the end of the year with the view that could be extended
