The role will involve:


� Attending face-to-face meetings and webinars with new and existing customers.


� Demonstrating the use of case management software and ancillary products.


� Drafting order forms and obtaining signed copies from customers.


� Working cooperatively with other team members from company on joint approaches to new and existing customers.


� Providing occasional account management support to the Customer Services Team.


� Describing the strategy and vision with our prospects to ensure that we both have a clear understanding of what the future roadmap looks like.


� Providing feedback on products, the market and competitor activity


� Identifying business opportunities and coordinate customer feedback.


� Attending conferences and events with Sales, Marketing and Leadership colleagues


You will have/be:


� Must be an effective, confident communicator


� Autonomous and self-motivated with a focus on innovation and customer service


� Previous experience in a customer facing role with the drive to exceed minimum expectations


� Ideally field sales or account management experience, preferably within the business to business sectors. E.g. software consultancy or Information Service provider


� Knowledge of legal services provision and regulation would be an advantage


� Versatility and confidence to communicate effectively with leaders within our clients.


� Excellent written and oral skills


� Ability to network and build excellent rapport with varied prospects, customers and colleagues


� A thorough understanding of professional account selling


� Ability to construct and deliver persuasive presentations


� Be comfortable working from home, using core Microsoft Office applications.


� Ability to analyse and interpret Excel spreadsheets, use of Word Processing, PowerPoint applications.


� Knowledge of the internet and the supply of online information
