We currently have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Customer Account Manager in the manfacturing or automotive industry to join a successful, well established company based in Essex. You will be managing the company's blue chip clients, managing the demands of key stakeholders. You will have strong experience of working with senior management teams and possess excellent inter-personal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure they deliver "world class" customer service to our customers;

* Presentations at client meetings and industry events as needed

* Preparation of sales quotations;

* Coordination of new business samples and prototypes;

* Understand customer's needs to maximise engagement whilst maintaining exceptional relationships;

Skills or experience needed:

* Supreme customer focus;

* Strong analysis skills and use of Excel/data packages;

* Excellent communicator, confident and outgoing, with an ability to persuade at all levels;

The role is a 12-18 month Maternity Cover Benefits include:
