Our prestigious client is based in Worcester are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their friendly team.

The ideal candidate must have experience of looking after high value clients with a quality approach, be competent in building strong business relationships and have a full 360 approach when looking after these accounts.


Job Overview: Developing and maintaining an existing long-term relationship with the client. Working towards deadlines ensuring targets and deadlines are met.


Processing and analysing data to identify industry trends and acting on this to ensure we offer the best possible solutions to the customer.



Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Supporting with Account inquiries by telephone or email, analysing to ensure accurate response.

  • Working towards monthly targets.

  • Works within a friendly team to ensure customers needs are met whilst meeting SLA's

  • Attending and holding regular meetings with the customers

  • Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results by identifying needs to be filled & monitoring competitive products.

  • Understanding customer requirements and 'best fit' whilst identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

  • Developing new business by presenting to new potential customers.

  • Liaising with different departments to help bridge the gap of knowledge between departments and offer best practice solutions.

  • Supporting the purchasing and stock levels of all products to ensure stock levels remain.



Essential Requirements:




  • Previous Account Manager experience in high value accounts.

  • Must be able to communicate well, with a clear and concise manner to all customers.

  • Must be professional, customer focused and have good people skills.

  • Keen eye for detail.

  • Able to work to your own deadlines.
