Account Sales Manager


Salary; £29.000 + OTE Annual Bonus


Location; Brighton


Working Hours; 37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri



Fantastic Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding international company in Brighton,



There are three key areas of responsibility:


Sponsor Relationship and Account Management



  • Effectively develops relationships with Sponsor; takes personal responsibility for resolving issues; focuses on solving the issue rather than allocating blame

  • Follows up on any complaints to ensure effective delivery; supports colleagues with difficult situations and corrects any errors made to client bookings

  • Discusses and outlines requirements required in accordance to client's request

  • Helps the Sponsor identify exact needs; can translate complex requirements into accurate student booking or change to booking

  • Ensures high standards are maintained in Sponsors delivery; Processes all Sponsors requests within the agreed SLA

  • Drive and manage account development to generate revenue

  • To deal with Digital leads within the agreed SLA and provide regular feedback to Marketing




    • Manages the client's expectations and outline the process whilst keeping client up to speed on all the latest developments




Sponsor Business Development



  • Creates new leads and opportunities and works with relevant stakeholders to develop sales opportunities

  • Maintain momentum in the sale as you qualify needs and engage with your sponsor

  • Create solutions to the sponsor needs and works to save bookings from cancelling

  • Use your skills to create exceptional relationships as the sale moves forward

  • Working closely with HOS (Head of Sponsors) to promote products and solutions for the growth of key accounts

  • Present new products and services at every opportunity to generate new business



  • Following up on students' bookings with sponsors to and closely manage arrival to centres or chosen accommodation


Business Administration



  • Maintains accurate use and knowledge of Study Group systems

  • Utilises excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office packages, Internet, email, Skype, phone and social media to deliver a high standard of communication

  • Delivering a reliable administrative support and customer service through handling enquiries from sponsors by Telephone, E-Mail, Live Chat or Skype

  • Processing new student bookings; changing as required booking and accommodation by request, issuing documentation as required to fulfil the student booking journey

  • Processing requests to cancel bookings; chasing arrival information and ensuring bookings are postponed when required, reducing 'no shows' to centres


Demonstrates good practice; willingly takes customer calls for others in their absence; mentors new team members; actively seeks to improve team performance



Skills:




  • High level of written and spoken English- Fluent in Arabic written and spoken

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Flexible approach to working

  • Provides excellent customer service to customers

  • Decision making, problem solving with strong negotiation skills

  • Excellent computer skills, with good knowledge of word, excel & PowerPoint





  • Holiday; 20 days + Birthday extended 2 days after 1 year of service
