Adecco are currently sourcing for an Accounts Administrator in partnership with our client based in West Cork. This is a permanent position with flexibility for either part-time or full-time hours available.
Please note transport is required as the area is not serviced by public transport
Job Description:
Assisting in the preparation of month end accounts
Process daily banking
Post purchase ledger invoices
Reconciliations of monthly balance sheet
Reconcile supplier statements
Processing of employee expenses
Assist the Finance Manager with general administration
Process weekly, monthly credit card transactions
Sales reconciliations
Adhoc tasks
Key Competencies:
Keen and eager willing to learn
Accounts experience essential
