Accounts Administrator

Based in Cradley Heath

Temporary to Permanent

£10.00 - £10.50 per hour

8.00am/8.30am - 4.30pm/5.00pm - Monday to Friday

My client based in Cradley Heath are currently looking to recruit an experienced & proactive 'Accounts Administrator' to join their lively and friendly team!

Role Overview

  • Enter and code purchase accurately onto the system.

  • Post credit card and employee expense transactions and ensure records are kept of relevant VAT receipts.

  • Process sales invoices on a daily basis.

  • Monthly payment run for all expenses and invoices, perform supplier statement reconciliation.

  • Write/post cheques payments, weekly cheque banking.

  • Other ad-hoc assistance.

Ideal Candidate

  • Accounting background with understanding of basic accounting policy, accounts payable and banking transactions.

  • Accounting/bookkeeping qualification and experience is desirable.

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

  • Must be accurate, have a keen eye for detail and organisation skills.

  • Basic PC knowledge - MSOffice including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
