Do you have experience within SAGE or another accounting software? Do you have experience within purchase/sales ledger? Are you a strong Administrator?


If so read on, Adecco are proud to be working with an ever growing company based in Ashford who are seeking an Administrator with experience using SAGE along with experience in sales/purchase ledger.


Requirements:



  • Computer Literate within Microsoft packages & Available immediately

  • Strong Administrator and problem solver

  • Experience within accounts/sales ledger/purchase ledger and SAGE software

  • Good team player and able to work in a busy fast paced environment


Duties:



  • Managing all telephone calls

  • Preparing delivery notes, general document control and filing

  • Logging time sheets and cross referencing on sage

  • Organising sickness/holiday

  • Raise purchase orders

  • Taking minutes and producing reports


Location: Ashford


Salary: £16,000 - £18,000


Working days: Monday to Friday


Working hours:8am till 5pm


Duration of contract: Temp, with potential to go perm
