Exciting new job opportunity

Our client is looking for an excellent accounts administrator to work in a friendly and thriving environment.

Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm

2 month temporary contract with potential to become permanent



  • Processing orders from worldwide client

  • Dealing with queries over the phone and via email

  • Using the system as400

  • POD'S

  • Answering phones

  • Liaising with other teams to ensure orders are correct

  • Administrative duties

  • Dealing with payments queries

  • Dealing with client queries of incorrect rates

  • Chasing queries

  • Report any issues to the line manager

  • Managing workload efficiently

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Previous experience of working within an administration role

  • Excellent ICT skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Excellent attention to detail
