£21,000 - £22,000


Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)


Temp role with possibility to made permanent


Based just outside of Andover so must have transport


Immediate start!


Our client requires an accounts assistant for the following duties:



  • Assist in the preparation and reporting of monthly management accounts;

  • Ensure completeness of Sales Ledger, including posting daily bank receipts and contracts

  • Perform weekly credit control and resolve queries and disputes with customer service team;

  • Manage Purchase ledger, including posting invoices, reconciling to supplier statements, resolving queries, and performing monthly payment runs.

  • Daily Banking, posting movements, reconciling all bank accounts, managing Invoice Finance, including notifying the movement and performing monthly reconciliations.

  • Reconcile Finished Goods movement monthly;

  • Other ad hoc duties as required.


Candidate requirement:



  • AAT Level 3 or 4 or studying towards.

  • Bookkeeping experience (Preferred)

  • Sage experience, preferably SAGE200.

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills

  • Good Excel Knowledge

  • Good IT Skills
