We are currently recruiting for a Accounts Assistant for our client based on the outskirts of Chichester.

Our client is looking for someone to join their team ASAP! This role will temporary ongoing until April 2020 and could be extended for the right person. This role is part-time working Monday - Thursday.

Main responsibilties of this role:

  • Complete credit control

  • Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis

  • Maintain weekly cash flow forecast

  • Raise credits notes

  • Produce and send invoices and invoices to customers

  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Required Experience:

  • Experience of running an AR ledger and credit control

  • Experience of using on-line banking

  • Experience of working with foreign exchange rates

  • Experience of working in an SME reporting to a Corporate

Working hours: 9.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday
