Accounts Assistant Wanted

Based in Kingswinford


Full Time Permanent

I am currently looking to recruit for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join one our prestigious clients on a permanent basis. They offer excellent working environments and are looking to recruit immediately.

Successful Applicants

  • Will have previous experience within an accounts function

  • Have good working knowledge of transnactional accounts

  • Previous knowledge of Efax database would be advantageous

  • Able to work remotely as and when required

  • Be self motivated

  • Available to start ASAP

The Role:

  • Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger duties

  • Prepare and input Invoices and Credits

  • Validate Invoices with departments (i.e. receipt of goods/services)

  • Dealing with invoice queries / disputes

  • Run weekly/monthly Aged Debtor and Creditor Reports and email remittances

  • General administration (filing, photocopying, opening post)

  • Answering and transferring incoming calls

  • Reconciliations

  • Payments runs

  • Assisting accountant with month end

The above role is on a permanent basis with an ASAP start
