I have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts / Office Manager to join a small Warrington team within a global business

As a leading supplier within their industry my client has developed a strong reputation for both service, pricing and professionalism to a high level of clients and are consistently regarded as one of the strongest players nationally.

The Role

  • Daily Book keeping activities, prepare payments. AX (Microsoft dynamics Axapta ) Reporting on Sales/Finance and purchasing

  • Monthly reconciliation of inventory to external warehouses and book keeping

  • Close working relationship with Shared Service Centre in within Europe

  • Prepare external and legally required reporting alongside the Group Shared Service Centre

  • Involvement in financial projects with Group Shared Service Centre

  • Actioning UK & international PO's

  • Updating of the Far East schedule

  • Liaising with HQ to align pricing / rate fluctuation dates

  • Stock intakes/queries

  • managing timed currency on all purchases

  • Liaising with Freight forwarders on overseas stock

  • General admin and filing

  • Updating sales weekly

  • Approving invoices on KIBI - Approve IT

  • Management key accounts and invoicing on their in-house system

  • Industry Levy report

  • Liaise with technical manager on industry required accreditation's

  • Suggesting/implementing ideas to progress the business growth


  • Either AAT Level 2 in Accounting / Level 3 Advanced Bookkeeping Certificate / Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting Level 4 - or equivalent

  • Experience of using an accounting system is mandatory such as Open Accounts, Sage, SAP

  • Other system knoweldge Salesforce CRM; AX (Microsoft dynamics Axapta ), Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint

  • Large ERP systems experience needed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident professional telephone manner

  • Computer literate and proficient in Excel and Word together with excellent numerical skills

  • Ability to multitask prioritize in a busy environment with flexible approach

  • The role requires a tenacious and resilient individual and team player who is capable of building strong relationships with suppliers.

Salary is £21k - £24k

Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm - 1 hours lunch

20 days holiday + bank holidays
