My client an international company based in Slough are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to join their team on a permanent basis!

Your main duties will involve;

� Carry out daily cash allocation promptly and accurately including the appropriate investigation to identify cash items without remittance information

� Resolve all external and internal queries within expected time scales.

� Responding to queries via email and on the phone.

� Ensuring the customer accounts are kept up to date and contracts are completed.

� Complete all requests within agreed SLA's.

� Adhere to Third Party Payment rules and Regulated contract policies.

� Ensure all credit notes, invoices and un allocated cash are reconciled daily by the appropriate method: customer contact, exception report analysis or internal transactional investigation.

� Promote and support a team-working culture.

� Be commercially aware and bring to the attention of the appropriate person issues and/or opportunities that impact the risk and rewards available to them.

� Proactively seek solutions to problems and look for on-going process improvements.

� Undertake any other tasks as required by line manager in relation to Financial Operations SME responsibilities and projects.

Skills & Experience:

� Accounts Receivable experience essential

� SAP experience preferred

� Good level of computer and numerical skills

� Good problem solving

� Good reconciliation skills

� Excellent communication skills

� Team commitment

� Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently.

� Adaptability

� Positive self image

� Pro-activity and a "Can Do" approach

� Manage time sensitive workloads

� Ownership of tasks and issues through to completion

� Excellent communication skills

� Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word and Excel).
