Do you have experience with Finance Admin? Do you have a keen eye for numbers and good attention to detail?

Adecco are excited to be working with a well known company based near Hythe. We are looking for an Accounts/Finance Administrator to join our clients growing team.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8-4 or 9-5


  • Chasing outstanding debts

  • Allocating cash received to the correct accounts

  • Issuing statements to customers

  • Liaising with other departments within the business

  • Resolving customer queries regarding payments and invoices

  • Reconciliations of purchase orders and delivery notes

  • Processing and chasing invoices

  • Reconcile and balance customer accounts

  • Reporting delivery discrepancies

  • Maintain the company's database

  • Sales Ledger administration and other required duties

The ideal candidate will have a qualification within Finance or working towards but not essential.
