We are currently recruiting for an administrator to provide general admin support to the Adult Social Care team within a local Hospital based in Epsom.



Main duties:



  • Ensure information and records are processed and stored to agreed procedures

  • Assist in providing and manipulating basic data for statistical and other reports

  • Prepare and dispatch a range of correspondence

  • Respond to every day enquiries from members of the public



The ideal candidate will have:



  • Previous experience of working in an office based environment

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Competent in a range of IT skills

  • Ability to prioritise and plan own workload
