Admin Assistant Opportunity!
An EXCITING opportunity has arisen to work for a big client who are looking to bring in an Admin Assistant who is available to work at their office.

We are looking for candidates who are committed to working the role. If you have admin / Microsoft office experience, please APPLY TODAY!

You will be involved in:

  • Role requires an urgent cleanse of a database for contact information - this will involve reviewing existing entries and updating incorrect or missing fields

  • Attention to detail, patient, focused on getting the job done. Inputting details on a mainframe system.

  • Project refreshing contact details, has identified an urgent need to get some additional resource to perform some cleansing tasks.

What are we looking for?

  • Microsoft office skills

  • Admin skills

  • Strong communication skills and organisational skills

  • It Literate

  • Working with colleagues and using own initiative


  • ASAP start

  • Monday - Friday between 8am - 6pm (Flexible between these hours) (30 - 35 hrs welcome)

  • 2 months with possibility of extension

  • Office based in GU14
