Adecco are proud to be working with a well-established company who are seeking an Admin Assistant to join their expanding team in Lympne.


Our client is looking for a strong administrator to support in the Account/Finance team.



Requirements:



  • Previous administrative experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good with numbers

  • The ability to prioritise workloads

  • Valid drivers licence required and own transport due to location

  • Computer skills, strong experience with MS Word and MS Excel.



Duties:



  • Entering orders into the system for all sales orders.

  • Paperwork, receipts and forms from Drivers.

  • Reconciling and processing drivers timesheets

  • Cost sheets

  • Sending and chasing invoices

  • Requesting POs

  • Answering telephone calls and emails

  • Other duties as requested
