We are looking to recruit a part time Admin Assistant / Receptionist to work in a small but busy office, the role will be varied & exciting where no day will be the same. General admin duties include filing, scanning, inputting & maintaining data, creating & formatting documents, filing, basic accounts. And the Receptionist part of the role will be meeting & greeting colleagues, customers & members of the public and advising as required. The role will be between 16 & 25 hours per week and will include working 1 weekend out of 3, it will be a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.
