Admin Support Role

M-F, 3hours per day paying £10.45- Temp role for up to 3 months starting in May.

  1. Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to the Area Directors and wider member services team, including coordination of general administration, organising meetings and events, printing, photocopying, filing, database administration, uploading information to my clients website, administering briefings and publications.

  2. Co-ordinate meetings including assisting with the preparation of agendas, papers and reports

  3. Assist with organising networking events, including assisting with arranging speakers, attendees, documents/papers, liaising with venues, catering requirements, etc.

  4. Deal with incoming telephone calls and email enquiries to the department, assisting as appropriate to ensure that enquiries receive a timely response from an appropriate member of the team or other colleague. Ensure enquiries are handled sensitively and with discretion as some may be of a sensitive/confidential nature.

  5. Support Area Directors with diary/schedule management as required, ensuring team members are well prepared for meetings, that any documents/papers are organised and that all travel arrangements are planned effectively.
