Our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln City Centre are looking for an Admin Support Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

The role is working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

The duties of the role will include;

  • Raising PO's using the company in-house system

  • Liaising with suppliers

  • Liaising with internal colleagues on a daily basis

  • Raising orders through the in-house system

  • Using excel for a variety of projects

  • Booking travel for Senior Managers

  • Use outlook calendar to organise diary for yourself

To be considered for this role you will need;

  • To have a background working in an Administration role

  • Be confident with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook

  • Have excellent Customer service skills dealing with a variety of people

  • Be organised and self driven
