JOB TITLE: Admin Advisor
LOCATION: Elmbridge/Remote
PAY RATE: £13.20 hourly Paye
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION/Hours: 3-month initial contract/ 36 hours a week
IR35 STATUS: Inside



Purpose of role:


Admin advisor role based in a public sector organisation to support the Adult Social Care team. The role is not 100% remote, therefore must be able to travel to the Elmbridge BC Offices Civic Centre when required.



Key skills:
Post holder will be required to perform general administrative duties, diary management, retrieving and analysing information accurately, organising meetings and minuting meetings.



Knowledge and experience:



  • This position will suit someone with excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues within the organisation and external partners.

  • SAP skills will be beneficial.

  • Experience of Diary Management, organising and minuting meetings

  • Public Sector Experience is desirable
