They are looking for an Administration and Finance Manager to join their business on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of all administration and finance duties.

Responsibilities



  • Processing payments of purchase invoices

  • Raising sales invoices

  • Preparing accounts for month end

  • Reviewing staff expenses and timesheets

  • Overseeing all administration

  • Insurance renewals

  • Monthly stock takes and stock orders
