Adecco Bolton currently has the pleasure of supporting our long-standing client, who due to continuous growth and expansion are recruiting for a number of Administrators to work in various departments of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for Administrators of varying levels to expand their knowledge and experience and join a true Industry leader.

The Roles:

  • Maintaining company records via CRM system consistently updating and managing customer and client information.

  • Assisting customers and using internal booking systems, will coordinate and utilise available meeting times at a time to suit the customers.

  • Dealing with external enquiries and finding accurate solutions by liaising with different departments.

  • Working to company KPI's and achieving them on a consistent basis.

The Person:

  • A candidate with experience working within a customer service / administration role.

  • Someone who can work in a fast-paced environment.

  • A candidate with a meticulous approach to work with a keen eye for detail.

  • A confident individual who can build strong relationships with customers and clients.

The Benefits:

  • Salary of £17.5K, Plus Bonus and Benefits

  • Full Time, Permanent Contract

  • Monday - Friday (8am-6pm)

  • 1 in 4 Saturdays

  • Immediate Start
