Administration Assistant

Vehicle Defleet Administrator - Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Take responsibility for vehicle refurbishment charges administration

  • Check and process customer refurbishment charges

  • Deal with and resolve refurbishment charge disputes

  • Chase, receive and upload invoices

  • Run and maintain various reports to ensure that defleets are processed in a timely manner

  • Chase, receive and process vehicle defleet estimates from suppliers

  • Request, receive, sort and send V5 documents

  • Answer the telephone in a confident manner to assist customers, always delivering excellent customer service

This is a full time permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm or 08:30am to 17:30pm
