We have the great opportunity to work for a large corporate financial institution. This position is to start the beginning of June, you will initially be working remotely from home laptop and mobile will be provided if necessary. Office is based in EC3, when normal working conditions resume this will be where you will be based.

This role provides support to the Technical Claims Team by undertaking various system and general administrative tasks. This includes liaising with outsource Partners to deliver the right outcomes for our customer.

You will deliver:

  • Effective administrative support to Technical Claims Team

  • Support team to achieve its goals and priorities

  • Value for Money benefits delivered (either hard cost savings or non-financial benefits such as risk reduction or improved customer outcomes)

  • Resolution of some customer queries

What you need to have:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Financial Services

  • Demonstrate strong administration skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
