Administration Assistant

We are delighted to be working on behalf of our Hadleigh based client, who are currently looking to add to their Technical Team. This a great opportunity to start with a well-established company and there are opportunities to grow within the business. We are looking for somebody who can support the team and provide administration support.

The role

  • Creation of purchase orders and delivery notes

  • General administrative duties to support the team

  • Supporting the check of stock and overseeing repacking of general stock

  • Gain knowledge of Sage 200 and in house systems

  • Support the handling of complaints

  • Collate reports for both internal and external teams

  • The opportunity to support additional departments during holiday periods


  • A drive to grow with a business and develop your skills

  • Fantastic communicator

  • Able to work as a team and support colleagues

  • Mathematics skills

  • MS Office experience

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise workload and organise your work

The offer

  • Salary of £17,500-£19,000

  • Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
