Adecco are currently looking for a administration assistant to work in a local authority in Kingston Upon Thames.

Duties include:

  • Management of a dedicated project email inbox including analysis and filing of the emails, and responding where required.

  • Data entry of completed paper questionnaires to the online system. Analysis of free text consultation responses to the questionnaire, and those received by email and letter.

  • Monitoring and processing any requests for consultation supplies (additional surveys or other materials such as posters and flyers)

  • On a weekly basis, updating the project team with the total number of responses across all the channels.

  • Provide support to setup consultation meetings where required including printing necessary documentation.

The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Competent with IT - Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Good administrative, organisational and communication skills.

  • Key attention to detail.

  • Able to prioritise workload.

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

  • Self - motivated.

  • Reliable.

  • Must be able to demonstrate confidentiality in the workplace with the information provided to them.
