We are currently recruiting for an administration assistant to provide administrative support and project coordination, supporting the resourcing partners and project team to deliver against key campaign deliverables. The role also involves working with their applicant tracking system to provide technical support to clients and candidates where required.

Duties/Responsibilities:



  • General administration using Application Tracking Systems. Being able to multitask is key as you could be working on several projects at the same time.

  • Processing live assessment scheduling; including processing candidate data, sending data to assessors and processing returned assessment results

  • Working with the team to aid the resourcing of assessments

  • Manage the Quality Assurance of the interviews to ensure consistent scoring

  • Attending both meeting and calls with internal project teams and clients to provide project updates

  • Ensuring all reports completed and data management is error free and clearly communicated

  • Liaising with colleagues and stakeholders to track project actions and updates ensuring full alignment of all parties


Skills/Experience Required:



  • Office experience

  • Microsoft office skills

  • Strong literacy and analytical skills

  • Solid interpersonal skills

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Good level of education

  • Good communication skills
