Administration Assistant/Secretary-Bury St Edmunds-£25,000-£30,000



I am currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant/Secretary on behalf of our client based in Bury St Edmunds, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a great business!



Salary: £25,000-£30,000


Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday



Job Responsibilities:



  • Provision of high-quality administration and secretarial support

  • Be the first point of contact to meet and greet visitors

  • Manage and direct inbound and outbound business communications via phone and email

  • Accurately prepare Report, Budget and Appraisal documentation from a variety of sources, ready for client presentations and meetings

  • Any other ad hoc duties requested to ensure the smooth running of the business.



What we are looking for?



  • An expert working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

  • Comprehensive admin and secretarial experience working in a busy environment.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to address and engage with a diverse set of clients, stakeholders and staff

  • Brilliant attention to detail and accuracy in work produced

  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
