Administration Manager


Location: Waltham Abbey


Salary: £28,000-32,000 + excellent benefits


We have a rare career opportunity for a dedicated Administrator to take their next step and join the head office of a luxury independent jewellery based in Waltham Abbey.


The Administration Manager will be:



  • Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels

  • IT literate with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills


The Administration Manager will have:



  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment

  • Previous experience in a position with exposure to HR/Payroll duties

  • Good attention to detail and ability to use own initiative in a proactive manner


Duties of the role:



  • HR & Payroll queries, maintaining Bright HR database and HR files for all employees

  • New starter set up: DBS, references, emails, log ins, till codes and issuing offer letters

  • Assist in contract renewal process across the business, authorising expenses and mileage

  • Taking minutes business review, dismissals, appeals etc.

  • Arranging operational/maintenance appointments for business
