Business Support Assistant


Location: South Woodham Ferrers


Salary: £21,000


Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am-4:30 pm ( home working options)

Key Responsibilities




  • Contract Creation and Maintenance within the System with double checks.

  • Data entry and maintain databases

  • Following up and reviewing trading and expense documentation against regulatory requirements.

  • Creating requests for accurate financial postings.

  • Maintain, create and update customer, vendor and service provider details within internal systems.

  • Process the day-to-day workload for up to two business departments with double checks.

  • Assisting business departments with simple queries surrounding business processes and troubleshooting and knowing when to ask supervisors/Line Manager for support.
