An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join our public sector client based in Chelmsford. The role is office based and the successful candidate would be required to work within their office in Chelmsford.

Key duties will include:

  • Undertaking a data cleansing exercise and putting licensed premises details into internal databases so they can be invoiced for annual fees

  • Review historic files and data

  • Provide full administrative support to the department

  • Deal with enquiries via telephone and provide excellent customer service

The successful applicant will have previous administrative experience with a high level of attention to detail. The ability to analyse, interpret and evaluate detailed information with a high level of accuracy is essential.
