Our client based in Chalfont St Peter are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The role is paying £20,500 per annum. This role is a permanent position 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Job description-

  • Work directly with Service Coordinators

  • Cross reference of invoices and documents to ensure client satisfaction

  • Maintenance of records within company system

  • Final quality control of documents before release to clients

  • Generation of project-specific documentation

  • Any other duties as may be reasonably required to support other departments


  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to use initiative and problem solve

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Keen eye for detail
