Position Title: Administrative Business Partner


Location: London


Assignment duration: From 4th of July 2022 for 12 months


Bonus Plan: Company Plan (yearly)


Salary: £16.51 - £19.85 p/h / 34K - 41K



As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organised and analytical, you possess the strong business judgement and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.



Responsibilities:



  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports and meeting organisational deadlines.

  • Plan, manage and execute team offsites, events and activities.

  • Serve as a partner for strategic projects driven by your Manager's organisation.

  • Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.



Skill/Experience/Education


Mandatory



  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Solid direct executive support experience or transferrable experience


Desired



  • Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.

  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and programme management theory and practices - and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

  • Previous experience supporting large global teams across multiple time zones preferred.
