1.
To work with educational agents to maximise high quality student intakes for all programmes.
2.
To take ownership of the current business processes for the educational agent network and ensure effective communication and understanding of them across the Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions and Finance teams.
3.
To plan and deliver an effective communication and training strategy for all educational agents to increase their performance, including a monthly agent newsletter and an annual agent conference.
4.
To manage the integrity and accuracy of educational agent data within our systems.
5.
To liaise with the Student Recruitment, Admissions and Finance teams to process educational agent commission payments within agreed service levels.
6.
To ensure that our educational agent policies align with other University policies and objectives.
7.
To maintain and manage educational agent contracts.
8.
To produce regular reports on educational agent performance.
9.
To lead on the production of marketing materials for educational agents, including the Agent Handbook, to ensure accurate representation of our programmes and processes.
10.
To assist with conversion activities, including drop-ins, campus tours, open days and applicant visit days.
11.
To perform a range of general administrative duties in support of the Student Recruitment team's international activities.
12.
The post holder will also be required to undertake any other duties commensurate with the grade as directed by their line manager.

Proven experience in UK Higher Education
Proven experience of working in a customer-focused environment
Has worked with a network of agents or institutions, or managed client relationships
Proven experience of providing administrative support to a team


Excellent numeracy skills, particularly in a financial context, with close attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise and establish rapport with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to organise and prioritise own workload
Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet and Emails) with experience of working with databases and reporting
