The successful candidate needs to be an all rounder. They are Small Family run business EST 1978.

They are a small team of 7 based in Medway City Estate.

Administrator Assistant

Full Time

The hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Salary: £22,000

  • Sales Order Processing - first in line to answer the phone and take customer orders

  • Processing of customer web orders

  • Customer invoicing

  • Checking of Courier invoicing to prepare for payment

  • Checking of customer credit card statements

  • Dealing with the occasional customer walk in

  • Preparation and allocation of customer receipts and banking

  • Running our Customer Pay As You Systems which involves date collection and date entry along with invoicing.

  • Plus any other duties to help run the day to day.

  • Sage 200 and training will be given.

  • The candidate would preferably have a good knowledge of EXCEL and WORD.

Holiday is 20 days per annum plus the bank holidays
